Insurers We Work With

We work with a variety of Insurers but here are a few of our most popular.

Available Flood Insurance Coverages

Dwelling

Dwelling coverage covers your home and anything permanently attached to it.  The National Flood Insurance Program offers flood coverage up to $250,000, a coverage limit lenders will accept even if the home’s replacement cost is higher.  We can offer higher limits through other insurance providers.

Separate Structures

Separate structures coverage covers detached garages, accessory dwelling units, sheds, and fences.  Coverage is based on the value of all separate structures.

Personal Property

Personal property coverage covers your belongings, including furniture, electronics, clothing, kitchenware, etc.  Coverage under a flood insurance policy is based on the value of your belongings.

Loss of Use

Loss of use coverage covers additional living expenses (primarily a hotel, apartment, or rental home) if your home is rendered uninhabitable by a flood.  Coverage under a flood insurance policy is based on living expenses and the time it might take to rebuild.
